highly dynamic network of predominantly young social entrepreneurs working for climate solutions and a sustainable economy. The two-year program included twenty-eight innovative leaders and visionaries, including many who operate largely outside of the traditional environmental community.
After nearly a year of planning, design work, and recruitment, three retreats were held between April, 2012 and April, 2013, providing the participants with structured opportunities to strengthen leadership skills, share and develop results-oriented strategies, and build a strong network for ongoing work.
The program aimed to equip emerging leaders with cutting edge tools for engaging the public, communicating solutions, and taking winning projects to scale.
